Q: I’d like to buy a GPS tracker but don’t want to spend a fortune. Can you tell me where I can get one?

Q: If an item I want to buy shows as ‘out of stock’, how can I find out when it’s due back in?

Q: Why don’t you stock any e-collars/prong collars?
A: There is currently a great deal of uncertainty and lack of clarity in the legislation. There is also a lot of misinformation out there and a lack of understanding which has created vastly differing views on their use so we have decided to avoid them for now.
Q: What do I do if I’m dissatisfied with my purchase?
A: We will obviously be very disappointed if you are dissatisfied with any of your purchases from Canmore Canines. We only sell products from reputable manufacturers who have been supplying products for many years and most come with at least one year warranty. However if, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, please email us at info@canmorecanines.co.uk with as much information as you are able to provide us with and we will, of course, endeavour to resolve the situation for you with the manufacturer.
Q: Can you advise on the best product to keep my dog cool in the hot weather
A: On top of the usual advice such as ensuring your dog has access to a constant suppy of fresh water and avoiding exercise at the hottest times of the day etc, we also stock cooling vests from Kurgo and Hurtta.
Q: I’m going camping in the summer. What’s the best way to transport all of my dog’s food to keep it fresh?
A: For dry dog foods we highly recommend the kibble carrier. Even if your dog is on a raw diet, there are now some excellent alternatives such as freeze dried food which could work for a weekend trip.
