Returns/Refunds Policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase and require a refund, you may return it to us as below. 
Within 7 days of receipt of your order, please email to request returns authorisation. The items should then be returned to us within 14 days of authorisation (at the address provided in the authorisation email) using a fully tracked and insured service to ensure the goods reach us. Unless the items are faulty or the incorrect item was received by you, the cost of the return will be your responsibility.
All items must be in their original condition with the labels and packaging intact, in a re-saleable condition, free of dog hair, odours and signs of wear.
Once we have checked that the items are as per the above condition, the refund will be processed within 48 hours onto your original method of payment. Please allow up to five working days for the refund to show on your account.
In the event that the items you received were faulty or incorrect, we will refund the full amount inclusive of all shipping costs.
If you require a replacement or alternative product, simply place another order.
This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
